The Standard Double Room with Fan is fan-cooled and has a cold-water shower.

The resort pairs its beachfront setting with a private beach area, outdoor furniture, a sun terrace and garden. Sun umbrellas and loungers or beach chairs are available, while a saltwater swimming pool adds another place to spend time between excursions. Koh Tao has no airport, so visitors arrive by ferry at Mae Haad pier. Crossings take 45–90 minutes from Koh Phangan, 1.5–2 hours from Koh Samui, or about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours from Chumphon. The resort is 2 km from Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier. Pick-up truck taxis connect the pier with Chalok Baan Kao and charge by vehicle rather than by passenger. Free private parking is available at the resort without a reservation.

Haad June Juea is 450 m away, while Sun Suwan Viewpoint is 750 m away. Shark Bay Beach is 800 m away, and John-Suwan Mountain Viewpoint is 900 m away, with views over Ao Chalok and Ao Thian. The south and west coasts are generally the calmer side of the island from November to March. Koh Tao’s diving sites include Chumphon Pinnacle, Southwest Pinnacle, Sail Rock and Japanese Gardens; whale sharks are seen most often from March to May and September to October.
